This exceptional villa is situated in the popular Monte Lemos area of Praia da Luz and is just a few minutes stroll into the village with its numerous restaurants and bars and lovely sandy beach. It is a top quality, modern property which has sea views from many of the rooms. The villa is on three levels; it is pristine with spacious living accommodation, two kitchens and contemporary bathrooms which are some of the nicest we have ever seen! The lower level has an enormous, open-plan living room/kitchen with comfortable seating, a dining table and doors opening onto the very attractive built-in barbeque (which also has a sink and hob) and the pool terrace beyond. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace and there is a separate Jacuzzi. The more formal, spacious, sunny sitting room on the ground floor has chunky sofas arranged around a coffee table, French windows lead to a large terrace with sea view and double doors open onto the pristine dining room and modern kitchen. Every detail is immaculate from wonderful co-ordinating bedding to attractive lighting. The villa has air conditioning throughout and the bedrooms have heating (at extra cost) making this a good choice for early or late season holidays.
The ground floor of the villa may be suitable for some wheelchair users - please ask for more details when booking.
The pool uses a soft, low chemical, salt water treatment system, which is comfortable for people with allergic reactions or breathing problems - it is much kinder to the eyes too!
