There is a spacious hall with terracotta and green floor tiles leading to the sunken sitting room with three comfortable sofas around an attractive fireplace. The large kitchen is very well equipped with two fridges and a breakfast table. There is a shaded terrace overlooking the swimming pool which contains the football table and barbeque. The bedrooms on the upper level all have amazing views and although they are accessed via a staircase they lead back to the garden as the villa is built on a hill. There is also a garage for two cars.
Doutor is close to Baixo, Cahombo, Pedras, Montanha & Ingles.
