This impressive and immaculate villa is set on a hill and enjoys panoramic 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside and the sea beyond. There are manicured lawns, well tended flower beds, a private tennis court (racquets and balls not provided), a delightful barbeque area and a larger than average infinity pool with an electric safety cover. There are retractable sunshades both by the pool and from the downstairs terrace doors - these cleverly automatically retract if it is windy. A particular feature of this villa is the impressive wine cellar. Guests may choose from the wide selection and pay the housekeeper - not only does this save carrying heavy bottles back from the supermarket but enables you to benefit from the owners extensive knowledge. The interior is pristine with highly polished wooden floors, comfortable furniture and an exceptionally well equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances including an American style fridge freezer. The living accommodation is divided into three parts joined by wooden arches. There is an impressive sound system with outside speakers, comfortable sofas and beds and masses of outdoor furniture. A dog leg carpeted staircase leads to the bedrooms on the first floor, all of which have bed linen of the highest quality and each has doors to a terrace enjoying the stunning views. The house keeper lives in a self contained apartment at the rear of the property. Bem Parece is just outside Lagoa and is close to Praia do Carvoeiro with numerous shops and resturants.
