Mimosa is in the countryside, close to the tiny village of Parragil, with three cafés and a small shop. Standing on a point with the most amazing views stretching from Tavira to Albufeira and inland to the hills, on a clear day there are eleven golf courses visible and the elevated position means that there is a welcome breeze during the summer. There are shaded terraces and grounds with a variety of trees. The first floor has a large terrace, with even better views and is reached by a circular staircase. NB There are one or two low walls within the grounds of the property so a careful eye should be kept on young children.

Mr A, August 2007 'I would really appreciate it if you could pass on my regards to Rob and all the staff we dealt with at The Villa Agency. The professional service we received from the initial booking right through to meeting Rob and the stay at Mimosa was nothing short of exemplary. The villa itself was wonderful.'
