Catarina is opposite Club Altantico’s central lawns, with a children’s playground, crazy golf and restaurant. The villa is semi-detached, but as the neighbouring villa is set back from Catarina, you would hardly know it and there are plenty of areas of seclusion both in the garden and beside the private swimming pool.The interior is bright and the sitting room has glass doors leading to a shaded terrace and the pool. The first floor bedroom has a very large terrace with lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean and a recently refurbished shower room. There are optional electric heaters and a log burning stove. The prestigious Club Atlantico is in a quiet secluded cliff top position to the east of Carvoeiro, beyond the Alfanzina lighthouse and is one of the area's most sought after locations. There is a reception, a very good restaurant, a central swimming pool, crazy golf, a children's playground and manicured lawns. The popular Rocha Brava development which has a mini-market and cyber café is not far away. The villas are set in well tended landscaped gardens and are all close to Praia do Carvalho, one of the Algarve's most beautiful and secluded beaches. There is a bus stop with a regular bus service to the centre of Carvoeiro and two tennis courts which may be booked and paid for locally. Catarina is close to Igreja, Guincho and Juniper.
