This lovely villa is tucked away down a quiet lane, set in a landscaped garden overlooking an unspoilt valley of farmland and orchards. Facing both south and west, its secluded location gives complete privacy, although there are neighbours, so Leão does not feel isolated. It would be difficult to find a more attractive exterior - paved terraces on different levels lead down to the pool terrace (care should be taken with very young chlidren). Cool, marble floors lead from the main rooms to the shaded terrace with a large barbeque area at one end which has distant sea views. The villa is a ten minute drive from numerous beaches and the centre of Albufeira and even nearer to Pateo and Guia with several good restaurants. The interior takes advantage of the lovely views down the valley with the coast in the distance. Each bedroom has a terrace or balcony overlooking the countryside. The well designed, fully equipped kitchen has a convenient breakfast area in addition to the formal dining room. The principal rooms are unusually light and spacious and the house is furnished with a mixture of local and Asian furniture.

Mr G. June 2010 'Can we all just say how fantastic the villa was. We couldn't believe the size of the place. It was like staying in a millionaire's mansion. We have three teenage girls who loved the size of the rooms. Helen and myself found the location, the map you gave us and just about everything else to do with the place absolutely brilliant. The living space was teriffic, huge and the Bose sound system went down well with the kids.(they plugged their i-pods in and all was well!)
The first morning we had a visit from Jan, the villa agent. She was lovely and living close meant she could give us any information we wanted.
After the first day we found the pool too warm, so after a quick call and within an hour she arrived and turned the heating off, nothing was too much trouble. The maids were great and kept the place immaculate, The gardener was good fun and told me a lot about the surrounding areas.
There were some lovely quiet beaches around, which we found easily when we realised a short cut along a dirt track could get us to the centre of Albufueira in less than ten minutes. The car hire you arranged was very efficient.
Well done for a very professional and friendly service. We will be going with yourselves again.'
