When is my balance due and how can I pay?
Final payment is required 8 weeks before departure. For bookings within 8 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note, WE DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS UNLESS A RECEIPT IS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED. You can pay by cheque, credit, charge or debit card. To keep our prices as competitive as possible, a charge of 1.6% will be added to all credit and charge card transactions (this does not apply to transactions made by UK debit cards). By adding this percentage we do not have to cost into our prices the charges levied by the credit card companies, thus we do not penalise those clients who wish to pay by alternative means. When completing our online booking form you can opt for us to automatically debit your card when the balance is due.
The air holidays shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 3340. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
