What is a security deposit for and when is it refunded?
We hold a security deposit against damages on all villa reservations; this is payable with the holiday balance and is refunded automatically approximately two weeks after your tenancy. If there is a claim for damages by the owner or local manager, this has to be made to us within the two week period and we always ensure that the claim is investigated and approved by us before a deduction is made. The security deposit will be refunded in the same way that it is paid so, for example, if you pay by credit card, the money will be credited back on to your card.
The air holidays shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 3340. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
