Flights

We can book flights on your behalf but we have to charge a fee for doing so. You may prefer to book your own flights in order to obtain the best price. Bear in mind that unless the airline you book with has an ATOL licence you will not be covered in the event of the airlines insolvency. Although we charge a fee, in the event of either the airline, or our insolvency, you will be covered by our licences. When booking flights please remember that you will not be able to occupy the villa before the time stated on the villa description and in all cases will have to vacate at 10am on your final day. It is also worth noting that if you arrive early and depart late you may be charged for an extra day’s car hire.

Fully Inclusive Car Hire Prices & Taxi Transfers

We have negotiated preferential rates for car hire through a long established, award winning, local company. These rates are usually substantially lower than those offered by the international car hire companies. When comparing our prices, please bear in mind that the rates shown are FULLY INCLUSIVE. You can collect your car at the airport or alternatively, we can usually organise a taxi to come and meet your flight and for your car to be delivered to the villa (at no extra cost in the Algarve). If you are intending to reach your villa by taxi, we strongly recommend that you use the services we provide. Local taxis are sometimes cheaper but our taxis and drivers are always fully insured and are familiar with the locations of our villas. All taxi prices quoted are for a one way journey from the airport to the villa or vice versa.
