Flights

We can search for flights on your behalf but, as it’s a time consuming exercise, we have to charge a fee for doing so. When booking flights please remember that you will not be able to occupy the villa before the time stated on the villa description and in all cases will have to vacate at 10am on your final day. It is worth noting that all flights to Portugal now operate a no smoking policy. When booking charter flights, please bear in mind that flight times and airlines are subject to change, and invariably do change, right up to departure. As we act as booking agents, we cannot accept responsibility for any last minute changes to flight times, which are beyond our control. If you book your own flights, please remember that you will not be able to occupy the villa before 12 noon (in some cases 2pm ) and in all cases will have to vacate at 10am on your final day. Taxis

We can usually organise a taxi to come and meet your flight and for your car to be delivered to the villa. Please bear in mind that cars will only be delivered during working hours and not during the lunch hour. If you are intending to reach your villa by taxi, we strongly recommend you use the services we provide. Local taxis are sometimes cheaper but our taxis and drivers are always fully insured and are familiar with the locations of our villas. Please note; all taxi prices quoted in this brochure are for a one way journey from the airport to the villa or vice versa.
