Built in the 17th century, with a breath-taking sea view, Rustic Villa provides superior comfort both inside and outside, and because of the unique position it is extremely private.
Carefully renovated, the spacious interior is set over three floors and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The main kitchen is small but equipped with a coffee maker, ice-maker, dishwasher etc.
There are amazing sea views throughout the property and particularly from the top floor.
The outside space is amazing with a spacious terrace surrounding the infinity pool with sweeping sea and country view, equipped with eight sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa is surrounded by a rich assortment of Mediterranean plants including lemon and olive trees.
The center of Mlini is five minutes away and has much to offer guests: pebble beaches, a waterfront promenade lined with shops, restaurants and cafes, a port with a frequent shuttle boat service to Dubrovnik and Cavtat, and some of the most spectacular natural scenery on the Dubrovnik Riviera. Dubrovnik's historic Old Town is a mere 10-15 minute drive away. The return trip involves a strenuous uphill climb.

Dubrovnik, in the extreme south of Croatia was proclaimed by Lord Byron to be the Pearl of the Adriatic. It really is a special place with magnificent marble streets and baroque buildings glistening in the sunshine. The main pedestrian area is lined with cafes and shops and has magnificent monuments at either end. The architecture is amazing with churches, monasteries, and museums and although Dubrovnik was badly damaged in the siege of the early 90’s, restoration has been painstaking and it is almost impossible to imagine that there was such extensive destruction. Beyond the city are the gorgeous beaches, densely wooded peninsulas and the turquoise Adriatic dotted with lush islands.
