Villa Marina is close to Umag on a development of urban luxury villas. The villas are located in the centre of a small peaceful village and each has its own private parking, swimming pool and a garden. Each of them has a secluded garden, surrounded by natural green fencing. The interior is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and there is a terrace on the first floor with lovely sea views.
The centre of Umag is a short drive away. Perhaps most famous for the ATP tennis tournament which has been held here every years since 1990 there is also a wealth of cultural, entertainment and sport facilities. There are several good restaurants within a short drive; Nono, Melon and Busčina all offering the best of Croatian cuisine. The medieval town of Motovun is worth a visit, known for film and jazz festivals and has many other fun activities, as well as coastal areas with an abundance of cultural and historical events.
