This villa is in the Parque Atlantico area of the popular Quinta do Lago resort, just a ten munute walk from the beach and with views over the Sao Lorenzo Golf Course. There is comfortable outside furniture, outside dining, loungers and an attractive garden and pool area.

The villa is air conditioned throughout, there is a comfortable living/dining room with a glass dining table and a well equipped kitchen with a range of Bosch and Siemens appliances. Sliding doors from the kitchen, dining room and living room lead to the pool terrace.

The master bedroom on the first floor has two sun terraces with views of the first tee of the golf course.
