The property is also characterised by a big green park area with olive groves, ornamental trees and colourful flowers. Thanks to the strategical position, close to Lucca, it is easy to reach the famous historical towns of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa and the fashionable Versilian seaside which offers the tranquillity of the coast line in day time and the unforgettable “all night fun” at night time.
The property is all on one level with a spacious living room separated from the dining area by an arch which in turn leads to the fully equipped kitchen.
Villa Alba is surrounded by 10,000 mq of garden which contains olive trees, a variety of flowers and a vast vineyard. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and also a paved dining area.
The swimming pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

There really is something for everyone. Lucca is located at the foot of the Apuan Alps and is less than half an hour from the Tuscan coast. There are so many traces of it’s ancient history, from the footprint of the Roman amphitheatre to the archeological remains under the 12th Century church of Saints Giovanni and Reparata and the various towers and villas dating from the 12th to the 16th Centuries.
