Biancofiore is an ancient villa, dating back to the 1800s which has been recently painstkingly restored by the owners to ensure that none of the character was lost. The furniture and materials have been carefully chosen to ensure that the villa is equipped to maximum comfort in complete harmony with the beautiful surroundings. There are solar and photovoltaic panels that contribute to the electricity and to the heating of the house. There is an under floor heating system and this system also serves as a cooling system in summer. The house is about 900 square meters and it is set in 8 hectares of land. There are wonderful views and don’t be surprised to meet some of the goats which roam the surrounding countryside – which makes for some excellent cheese. The house is surrounded by a private area of about 1000 square meters and is equipped with outdoor dining furniture. The owners live in a property in the grounds and the parking lot is shared with the owner who have many years of experience with guests and are friendly yet discreet. The owners well behaved dogs live outside the property but are not visable from the villa.
The exterior of of the villa is fully fenced and has an area of 8 hectares, but the area reserved for the rental is about 1000 square meters of impressive garden with ancient trees. It has a well kept garden and there are private terraces where guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings, read a book or just relax in the shade. In front of the kitchen on the ground floor there is a bright dining area, equipped with a table and chairs, where it is possible to use a barbeque. The oval shaped pool is located next to the house. The entrance to the pool is equipped with a hydro massage area and the pool is purified by salt. There are poolside umbrellas, sun beds and sun loungers.
The swimming pool will be available for use between the last Saturday in April and the first Saturday in October, at other times of the year the property is rented without use of the pool.

Second floor (divided into two wings) - On the right; 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the left; 1 twin bedroom (extra beds can be provided in this room) + private shower room, 1 Twin bedroom with shower room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.

It is not surprising that Tuscany and Umbria are the most popular destinations in a country full of popular destinations! There are SO many reasons to visit the regions; from the simply but stunning local cuisine and wine to the rolling landscapes, from the medieval cities such as Lucca, great architecture and monuments in Pisa and the beautiful hill towns like San Gimignano. There really is something for everyone. Lucca is located at the foot of the Apuan Alps and is less than half an hour from the Tuscan coast. There are so many traces of it’s ancient history, from the footprint of the Roman amphitheatre to the archeological remains under the 12th Century church of Saints Giovanni and Reparata and the various towers and villas dating from the 12th to the 16th Centuries.
