This Tuscan villa is situated in a beautiful location on 10,000 m2 of land. The villa has stunning views over the lovely city of Cetona, which is just a few minutes drive away. The views can be enjoyed from all over the property, including the terrace and swimming pool. There is a 3 hole “golf field” and clubs are available at the villa. The private pool at the villa is furnished with sun loungers or you can relax under the gazebo. The property is very nicely decorated, there is a beautiful living room and an excellent kitchen with an adjacent covered terrace for outdoor dining.
The access to the villa is via a short dirt road, which is in good condition.

There are SO many reasons to visit the regions; from the simply but stunning local cuisine and wine to the rolling landscapes, from the medieval cities such as Lucca, great architecture and monuments in Pisa and the beautiful hill towns like San Gimignano. There really is something for everyone. Lucca is located at the foot of the Apuan Alps and is less than half an hour from the Tuscan coast. There are so many traces of it’s ancient history, from the footprint of the Roman amphitheatre to the archeological remains under the 12th Century church of Saints Giovanni and Reparata and the various towers and villas dating from the 12th to the 16th Centuries.
