This stunning villa dates back to the 19th century and is situated in the countryside, close to Lucca, just 4kms away. The villa has been tastefully restored and turned into an elegant residence offering refined interiors, furnished with antique pieces and decorated with ancient terracotta-tiles floors, amazing frescoes and beautiful wooden ceilings.
The outside areas provide a splendid and well-groomed garden furnished with sun-beds and sun-umbrellas, with private swimming-pool, Jacuzzi tub, nice gazebo and barbecue. There is also parking within the grounds. The location is peaceful and allows a relaxing stay amidst the Tuscan hills and at the same time has easy access to the lovely town of Lucca, to Pisa and the Versilia coastline area (Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi) with nice beaches, excellent restaurants, nightlife and shopping facilities.
The swimming pool will be available for use between 1st May and 30th September, at other times of the year the property is rented without use of the pool.

Guesthouse: (for 7 people) This outbuilding is rentable only together with the main villa (prices on request). Ground floor: Living-room. 3 steps lower: Toilet. First floor: Dining-room, Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge for drinks and wine), Double bedroom with ensuite shower room. 2nd floor: Double bedroom (that can be turned into a twin room) with ensuite shower room, Twin bedroom with enuite shower room, Single bedroom with ensuite shower room.

There are SO many reasons to visit the regions; from the simply but stunning local cuisine and wine to the rolling landscapes, from the medieval cities such as Lucca, great architecture and monuments in Pisa and the beautiful hill towns like San Gimignano. There really is something for everyone. Lucca is located at the foot of the Apuan Alps and is less than half an hour from the Tuscan coast. There are so many traces of it’s ancient history, from the footprint of the Roman amphitheatre to the archeological remains under the 12th Century church of Saints Giovanni and Reparata and the various towers and villas dating from the 12th to the 16th Centuries.
