Casale L'Oliva is a beautiful converted farmhouse with private swimming pool and Jacuzzi located in the hills of Monsummano Terme with stunning views of the Tuscan hills. Dating back to the 18th Century, the villa has been recently, carefully renovated and now looks like a 'cozy' country home yet equipped with the most modern facilities. The property maintains many of the original features of the house whilst bringing it up to date with all mod-cons.
The interior furnishings have been chosen with taste and elegance, the living room has a reading area and fireplace and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are on the first floor and have breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside.
There is private parking, a large private swimming pool and an attractive garden with terraces on different levels. On the highest level is the fresh water pool and a heatable Jacuzzi for up to 6 people. On the lower level is an area for outdoor dining.
The excellent location of Casale L'Oliva gives guests the chance to visit the main centres of artistic and cultural interest such as Florence, Lucca Pistoia and Siena. The famous thermal baths of Montecatini Terme are close by as is Monsummano Terme, the theme park dedicated to the character of Pinocchio, and the Versilia coast with its beaches and nightlife.
The owners live in the house next to the Villa, but they do not share the garden or the pool.
Swimming pool open from 1st May to 30th September.
