This beautiful detached villa with a private pool is located in a strategic position halfway between Florence and Siena. The property was completely renovated in 2013 and is equipped with every comfort. Great care has been used in the interior of the house and in the creation of a large, well-kept garden, where a panoramic swimming pool has been installed. The property consists of a main house and a neighbouring house which accommodate up to 12 people. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Guests will be offered a tasting in the cellars of the farm. Due to the central location of the house you can easily visit the main attractions of Tuscany, such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and the Chianti region with its characteristic villages such as Castellina, Greve, Radda and Gaiole.
The villa is accessible via a short dirt road which is in good condition and there is ample parking in the grounds. There is a large, well-kept garden with a free-form pool, for the exclusive use of guests. There is an outdoor hot water shower, changing room and toilet located near the swimming pool. There are also a barbeque, gazebo and a wood stove.
The swimming pool will be available for use between April 1st and October 30th, at other times of the year the property is rented without use of the pool.
