This house is in a perfect location in the Alta Valdera, between Pisa and Volterra, on an estate of about 500 hectares. It is part of a remarkable estate which was founded at the beginning of the 1940s and is especially known for the production of a large San Giovese wine and a delicious oil. All bedrooms are furnished with antique Tuscan furniture, "terracotta" flooring and wooden ceiling beams. The house has the typical style of a Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by oak and cypress forests, vineyards and olive groves.
The farm is surrounded by a spacious garden set amongst olive trees. There is a beautiful pergola with direct access from the living room allowing guests to enjoy memorable moments and meals. Also near the house is an old wood oven and barbeque. The house is ideal for a large family or group of friends who can enjoy a holiday in complete privacy, enjoy a barbeque or relax on the large veranda.
The pool is less than 5 meters from the house and is accessible by a Roman staircase. The pool is equipped with a diving board and deck chairs for relaxing under the big trees.
The swimming pool will be available for use between the last Saturday in April and the first Saturday in October, at other times of the year the property is rented without use of the pool.
Access road is 200 meters unpaved but in good condition.

First floor has eight bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms (four with shower, two with bath and two with Jacuzzi), 4 are double bedrooms and 4 are twin bedrooms.

There really is something for everyone. Lucca is located at the foot of the Apuan Alps and is less than half an hour from the Tuscan coast. There are so many traces of it’s ancient history, from the footprint of the Roman amphitheatre to the archeological remains under the 12th Century church of Saints Giovanni and Reparata and the various towers and villas dating from the 12th to the 16th Centuries.
