This old farmhouse has been completely renovated by the present owners. This is the ideal accommodation for families. The villa, set on the Lucca hills, has a beautiful position due to the closeness to Ponte a Moriano and Lucca. It has a spectacular view over the area of Lucca and the surrounding hills. Lucca is just 10kms away and can be easily reached by bus and also by train. The villa is situated along the way to Bagni di Lucca, with it's spas, and close to the famous "Devil's Bridge - Ponte del Diavolo". It is ideally located for trips to the famous villas of Lucca, to Versilia for beach lovers and to the tourist cities of Tuscany such as Pisa with its Piazza dei Miracoli (13 km), Florence (78 km) or the marble quarries of Carrara and the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The villa is surrounded by 1 hectare of fenced parkland. The park has olive groves and plants that are typical for this area, such as ornamental oleander and fruit trees. There is an al fresco dining area and a barbeque. The entrance to the pool is through an internal roman staircase of 3 steps. It has chlorine depuration and is situated about 20 metres from the house. The area around the pool is equipped with sun loungers and sun beds. At guest disposal is also a bathroom with shower and a covered area equipped with table. The pool open from the first Saturday of May until the last Saturday of September.
The swimming pool will be available for use between the first Saturday of May and the last Saturday of September, at other times of the year the property is rented without use of the pool.
Ground floor (accessed on the east side): Opens into the dining area with sofa and fireplace and a step up to the kitchen. Shower room.
First floor (via staircase of 17 steps) - There are two entrances from outside; one from the main entrance on the west side and one via a staircase on the east side. On this floor: Large living area with sofa and television, Study, Children’s area equipped with many toys and books, Service bathroom.
Second floor (via staircase of 16 steps): Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 double bedrooms with terraces, 1 single bedroom with terrace (extra bed available), Bathroom.

There really is something for everyone. Lucca is located at the foot of the Apuan Alps and is less than half an hour from the Tuscan coast. There are so many traces of it’s ancient history, from the footprint of the Roman amphitheatre to the archeological remains under the 12th Century church of Saints Giovanni and Reparata and the various towers and villas dating from the 12th to the 16th Centuries.
