We have negotiated preferential rates for car hire through a local company in the Algarve. We frequently receive 5 star reviews from our clients about the excellence of their service and, with a 24 hour emergency helpline, they are able to respond to any problem without delay. Their rates are usually substantially lower than those offered by the international car hire companies if you compare like for like. The rates shown are FULLY INCLUSIVE with NO EXCESS.
Beware of other so-called bargain car hire prices; most companies ask for a SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE BOND, an extra insurance premium on collection of the car. If you have an accident you risk losing the bond. We cover the extra collision damage insurance premium so our clients don’t have to lodge a large sum of money overseas or on their credit cards or pay for extra insurance to avoid this.

OUR PRICES INCLUDE:
*The supplier provides fully comprehensive insurance with No Excess. However, if you are found to be driving negligently (drinking and driving or speeding) and you are involved in an accident you will be responsible for any damage incurred to the vehicle. Comprehensive insurance does not cover; Any damage done to the tyres, wheels, windscreen, wing mirrors, windows and undercarriage of the car, nor loss of the coded keys. For this type of damage you can purchase additional insurance for €3 per day (optional). Cover also does not include petrol, parking fines, traffic fines, garaging, towing charges, impounding fee or personal injury.
Minimum Rental is 3 days, charged at 50% of weekly price.
GPS hire €35 per rental.
Toll Transponder €1.85 per day, maximum charge €18.50 per rental, plus tolls charges.
Additional Drivers will be charged locally at €20 per rental.
Minimum age 21. No maximum age. Drivers Aged between 21 & 25 years will be charged locally an additional €5 per day.
Baby seats are €25 per rental. Booster seats are €20 per rental. Both by advance request only and payable on arrival; alternatively, you may prefer to take your own.
Cars can be taken into Spain if supplier is notified at the start of the rental. A ‘Green Card’ will be issued at a cost of € 35.
Credit card has to be in the name of the main driver, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Delivery or Collection of hire cars at Faro Airport between 9pm & 8am will incur a fee of €20. For a small extra charge we can we can arrange for your car to be delivered to your villa during office hours 9am to 7pm.
