We are aware that things can change and that some of you may be concerned about your holiday. We want you to know that we will look after you and your booking with great care and attention. If the rules change from when you first confirmed your holiday and you are unable to travel due to government restrictions relating to the pandemic, we will liaise with the villa owners to find the best solution for you. This may involve postponing your holiday to another time or converting money paid into a credit to use when you are ready to travel again. We are in uncharted territory and we will work with both you and the owners to find the best solution for everyone. We are all in this together.
