We know how uncertain things are right now and the very last thing we want is for our clients to be out of pocket and unable to enjoy their holiday. We want you to know that we will do everything possible to ensure that this does not happen.
If you have booked a holiday with us and you are due to travel in the next 4 weeks, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can go through all of the options available to you.
For any new bookings for later in 2020 or in 2021, we want you to know that we will look after you and your money is safe. If you are unable to travel due to government restrictions relating to the pandemic, we will liaise with the villa owners to find a solution for you. This may involve postponing your holiday to another time. If you are not ready to commit to alternative dates, we will ask the owner if they will honour any money paid as a credit for a future booking for the particular property that you have booked.
We love what we do and we will continue to do our best to keep our clients happy, reassured and able to look forward to that well deserved villa holiday. It’s what we do and we won’t change now.
