Villas on the Lisbon Coast

We have a rich and ever expanding collection of villas on the Lisbon Coast within an easy drive of Lisbon Airport.

Quinta do Peru and Aroeira are to the south of Lisbon and are made up of pine and cork trees and sensational landscapes fringed with long stretches of sand.  It is an area of great natural beauty with excellent golf courses. Dolphin watching trips can be arranged and kayaks and sailboats can be hired in nearby Setúbal.

Beyond this is the beautiful Arrábida National Park with breathtaking scenery and beaches, stretching for some 22 miles between Sesimbra and Setúbal, this area is carpeted by wild flowers which are amongst the most colourful and varied in Iberia. The coastline at Sesimbra is charming and dramatic and the town has some fantastic seafood restaurants and local activities including an array of water sports, scuba diving, climbing, cycle trails, horse riding and boat trips.

North of Lisbon is Sintra which inspired Lord Byron to write Glorious Eden and it is easy to see why. It is a picturesque town, amidst the pine-covered hills and we think it is one of the most enchanting places on earth.  The magical Pena Palace perches on top of the hill like a scene from a fairytale.  Historical buildings, sensational beaches and amazing food make this a very special destination.

The food on the Lisbon Coast is quite different from the Algarve with a tasty variety of stews, oven baked dishes and delicious Atlantic shellfish widely seen on menus.

We have a variety of Lisbon Coast holiday villas to rent – simply get in touch today with your requirement and let us help create your dream villa holiday in Portugal  today!

Things we love…
“The Lisbon Coast is an ideal choice for those who want to combine a lazy day by the pool with a city adventure. Foodies will love the variety of restaurants and vineyards and you will need your camera at the ready to capture the amazing buildings, gardens and spectacles along the way.”

Things to be aware of…
“A visit to the city is a must but we suggest using public transport for day trips rather than taking a car as parking is tricky. There are trams that take you round the city and we can also arrange transfers and tours from your villa and back again for the ultimate stress-free day out.”
