In an elevated position on the top of a hill at Malhao this villa is in the unspoilt Boliqueime countryside and is a luxurious property overlooking the Algarve coast, with panoramic views to the sea. Casa do Alma is set on a large plot and the spacious villa is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens and lawns which blend into the surrounding landscape.

On arrival at the property electric gates open onto an extensive courtyard driveway which allows ample parking for multiple cars. Behind the courtyard lies the spacious main house, with a charming traditional blue and white façade. Inside, although the house retains traditional features, the neutral décor, immaculate furnishings and modern appliances give a very contemporary feel.    

The accommodation consists of the main house, a poolside games room and an annexe suite with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and seating area, so it is the perfect choice for large groups wishing to holiday together whilst retaining privacy.

The large rooms are laid out with the living areas to one side of the house and the bedrooms to the other. The stylish sitting room has comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace and a large flat screen TV, as well as interesting lamps and tables which look like works of art, giving the room plenty of character. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker and American style fridge/freezer, plus there is a breakfast bar and a large dining table to seat ten.

All the bedrooms are immaculate with high quality linens and furnishings and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom or shower room.

There are large terraces accessed from the villa and additional terraces on the lower, pool level. There are two external dining areas, one of which is next to the built-in barbeque, as well as various smaller tables and chairs dotted around the property, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views. There is a large  swimming pool and a separate children’s pool (with heating) surrounded by an extensive terrace which has good quality loungers and parasols. Next to the pool you will find the attractive games room with large comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, Playstation 4, a pool table and its own outside seating area. There is also a courtyard with table tennis and table football, making this a great choice for families.
