Villa Lantoni is situated on a hill in Mlini and is just 10 minutes from Čilipi Airport and 15 minutes from the unique and beautiful town of Dubrovnik. The nearest beaches are a ten minute walk away (slightly more on the way back as the villa is on a hill) and there are buses into Dubrovnik. This is a quiet are with little traffic and maximum privacy.
The main entrance is on the first floor where there is a spacious living room which opens onto a large terrace, there is also a large outside kitchen with pergola by the barbeque accessed from this level - this part of the property enjoys amazing sea views.
On the ground floor there is a luxurious indoor swimming pool (glass doors can be opened all around). The pool is equipped with a Jacuzzi, two waterfalls and has access onto a large terrace for sun bathing. There is also a sauna and an outside children's pool.
The surrounding garden area includes a range of trees, plants and flowers and a variety of herbs together with a spacious covered garage for 3 cars plus additional parking.
Below the pool there is a separate apartment with separate parking and entrance where the owners live. The owners go in to the villa only on guest request or to maintain the swimming pool and garden in agreement with guests.

Dubrovnik, in the extreme south of Croatia was proclaimed by Lord Byron to be the Pearl of the Adriatic. It really is a special place with magnificent marble streets and baroque buildings glistening in the sunshine. The main pedestrian area is lined with cafes and shops and has magnificent monuments at either end. The architecture is amazing with churches, monasteries, and museums and although Dubrovnik was badly damaged in the siege of the early 90’s, restoration has been painstaking and it is almost impossible to imagine that there was such extensive destruction. Beyond the city are the gorgeous beaches, densely wooded peninsulas and the turquoise Adriatic dotted with lush islands.
