The villa is right on the sea and is close to beautiful Dubrovnik so you really can have the best of both worlds; waking up to bird song, listening to the Cyclades and ending the day enjoying the most beautiful sunsets before enjoying the amazing clear night skies with an abundance of stars.

The three bedrooms on the first floor all have amazing sea views and the "Blue Bedroom" has a large balcony. The master bedroom has two windows, one with a sea view and one overlooking the pool. The "Yellow Bedroom" has a pine shaded sea view. There is also a large bathroom on this level with 2 square meter rain shower.

There is a lovely roof terrace with an open-air summer kitchen equipped with a wooden table and comfortable chairs to accommodate twelve, plus a barbeque. Below the villa is a private pier equipped with sun loungers and steps into the sea.
