Casa Mora is a well furnished, bright, modern villa with a homely atmosphere. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa is in a great position, with privacy and great views and is yet just a short walk from Guia.
The house is on two levels; the entrance hall overlooks the attractive open-plan L-shaped living/dining room/kitchen and there are bedrooms on both floors. The modern kitchen is well equipped with integrated appliances and an island and the dining area has a table to seat eight. The sitting room has comfortable sofas, a wood burner, a flat screen TV and floor to ceiling windos/doors on three walls allowing in plently of light. A bright hallway with indoor/outdoor plant filled courtyard leads to the bedrooms. All four bedrooms have modern en-suites and access to either a balcony or terrace. The first floor bedrooms have lovely views of the surrounding countryside and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The terrace, which overlooks the pool and gardens, has separate seating and dining areas and part of the garden is laid to lawn. The swimming pool can be heated and there is also a hot tub (both at additional cost).
Guia has a wide range of shops but is perhaps best known for its numerous chicken Piri-Piri restaurants. The various lovely sandy beaches at Vale de Parra are just a short drive.
Please note, there are no handrails on the steps down to the swimming pool.

Vale de Parra is to the west of Albufeira and has some of the Algarve's finest beaches, the best known is probably Galé, a vast expanse of golden sand with restaurants and water sports, including jet-skiing and parasailing; there is also a 'banana' - great fun for the kids! Galé can be busy in the summer but turn down any of the tracks along the coast road and you are likely to find a quiet beach or bay. Some, like Praia da Coelha, are a fair walk from the nearest parking area but worth the effort. São Rafael and Praia do Castelo are more accessible and have good beach bars. There are some wonderful restaurants, for example São Domingos, which has a good menu (including some excellent vegetarian dishes) and our clients are made especially welcome here. Also, O Marinheiro, which specialises in fresh fish.
