Villa Kay - Summary

This modern villa is just 300m from the beach, has panoramic sea views and accommodation on three levels. The furnishings and decor are attractive and the three bedrooms on the upper levels all have balconies with stunning sea views. The ground floor bedroom opens onto the swimming pool. There are TV's in all the bedrooms.

There is an attractive swimming pool, with a shallow end for children and a massage area. The outdoor area includes sunloungers, a barbeque and dining table.

The villa is in Premantura, a small picturesque village on the southernmost tip of the Istrian penisnsula, just south of Pula. Just a few minutes drive is Cape Kamenjak – a small peninsula consisting of more than 30km of coastline with crystal blue sea, numerous coves and amazing beaches declared by the world famous tourist guide Lonely Planet as one of the Top 10 Beaches on the Mediterranean.

Ground floor: Open plan living room/dining room/kitchen. Twin bedroom with shower room en-suite and access to pool area (bed can be made up as a double on request).

First floor: Master suite with double bed and bath. 1 double bedroom with shower room en-suite. Sauna.

Top floor: 1 double bedroom with shower room en-suite. N.B. There may be a hot tub installed at this level, please enquire at time of booking.

The coastal regions of Croatia are comprised of the three old Croatian states of Istria, Kvarner and Dalmatia. Dalmatia, or the Dalmatian Coast as it is more commonly know. In turn, the Dalmatian Coast is divided into three regions: North Dalmatia, which includes Sibenik and Zadar, Central Dalmatia; including Trogir, Split, Hvar and Brac, and finally South Dalmatia; Korcula and Dubrovnik.
