Villa Otto is in the heart of Istria, in the village of Rojnici. This classy holiday house provides a high degree of privacy and luxury for families, couples or friends. It is newly built and has spacious living accommodation over two floors. The three bedroom villa can accommodate up to eight people comfortably, with two guests on a sofa bed in the living room.
The house is characterised by light surfaces and natural materials, with carefully planned lighting, in order to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The ground floor has a spacious living room looking out onto the pool and the kitchen is well equipped. One of the first floor bedrooms has a spacious terrace overlooking the pool and the garden.
There is a large garden and the pool is surrounded by deck chairs and a parasol made of natural materials. To ensure absolute privacy the whole house is surrounded by hedges and stone fences. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower, grill area and dining table.
Ground floor: Living room with sofa bed for two people. Kitchen/dining room. 1 twin bedroom with shower room en-suite. Laundry room.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms each with shower room en-suite.
