This renovated semi-detached villa enjoys a fabulous location in Boa Pesca, a private mews in a sought after residential area in the heart of Praia da Luz. The ground floor has a tastefully furnished, spacious dining room with a slow burning log fire and doors leading out onto a partially covered south facing terrace which enjoys one of the best views in Luz of the sea, the beach and the spectacular volcanic eruption known as Black Rock.
The modern, limed oak kitchen is well equipped and there is an additional shower room in the utility area. A wide, curving staircase leads to the spacious and comfortably furnished sitting room which has an efficient modern gas fire and again fabulous ocean views from its south facing terrace with sun awning.
The price includes use of the 2 swimming pools and separate children's pool at Luz Bay Club Hotel, a 5-10 minute walk from the villa, which also has a bar and restaurant (the pools are pictured).
Guests at Salute can also book the new tennis courts at Luz Bay Club for a reduced fee on presentation of the club card.
It is possible to buy daily & weekly passes for use of the Boa Vista Golf Resort which gives you access to use of Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and gym.

Ms Doran. Aug 22: We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Salute. The villa is very spacious with two lovely terraces that overlook the beach/sea. The kitchen is well equipped and the supermarket is very close, although we mainly ate out in the many nearby restaurants. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and there is lots of good beach equipment in the garage (which we added to, having not looked in the garage on the first day!). Everywhere in Luz is very accessible by foot from the villa and we used Uber when we wanted to go further afield. It was a really lovely holiday, thank you for having us.
