Petra is set on an exclusive development in a prime position overlooking the Millenium Golf Course at Vilamoura. Nearby is the prestigious Victoria Golf Course and the villa is only a short drive from the popular Vilamoura Marina with its shops, restaurants and bars and the beach.

This impressive house is set on a huge plot, surrounded by gardens with plenty of space both indoors and outside and electric gates opening onto a huge private driveway and parking area.

Inside, the villa is spread out over various levels, with the living areas to one side of the house and the bedrooms to the other. The interior is immaculate, with exquisite furnishings throughout, fabulous tiles and fabrics and top quality kitchen and bathroom appliances. The neutral decor is complemented by the natural daylight that floods into the house, adding to the bright, spacious feel of the property. 

The large sitting room has plenty of comfortable white sofas and is divided into separate areas; a TV area, a relaxation area, a card table and a further reading area with an open fireplace. The dining room, with a white table and chairs to seat ten, is linked to both the kitchen and sitting room for maximum convenience. The ultra modern kitchen, with cream units and granite worktops, has a central island and is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee machine and ice maker. There is a separate utility room in the basement with washing machine and tumble dryer.

To the right of the house, steps lead down to four of the bedrooms. The impressive master suite is very private, it has its own staircase which leads to the four rooms that comprise the suite. There is a super king-size bed, flat screen TV and terrace with seating, a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a double walk-in shower, a further shower room and a separate seating area. The other three bedrooms on this level each have twin beds, en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower and patio doors leading to the garden and terraces. The fifth bedroom is a twin on the lower level which has its own sound system but only has a small window and is perhaps best suited to teenagers.

A large terrace surrounds the entire villa, with covered areas leading from the sitting and dining rooms, overlooking the pool, gardens and golf course beyond. There is a large outside dining table to seat ten, comfortable seating and a gas barbecue. The huge L-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by lawns and gardens (there are one or two steep drops so the villa is not recommended for young children) and there are good quality sun loungers and sun shades.
