Villa Aguelle is a tranquil holiday home near the quiet village of Búger and has been carefully finished in traditional, rustic style with tasteful, modern touches.
Although there are other houses on the estate the villa is set in lovely mature gardens, so remains private. It has its own parking area and a large lawn at the front and side for children to run around and enjoy. The L-shaped swimming pool can be gated off and has a great shallow entry.
The spacious interior of the main house is full of exposed beams, stone walls and rustic charm. There is lovely soft lighting and quality furnishing. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room with comfy sofas. The two twin bedrooms in the main house are spacious and comfortable; one with en suite shower room and a there is a further full bathroom.
Outside there is a further studio annex with a double bed at mezzanine level via a wooden staircase and a washroom. It also has a living area with sofa and a wood burning stove.

Most of the properties we offer in Mallorca are in or around Pollensa, tucked between two hills the town has managed to retain a truly Spanish feel while many of it’s neighbours have been perhaps adversely affected by tourism. The emphasis here is on relaxation, a vast array of cafes, a market and some fabulous restaurants. The main beach runs along the front of the resort and is perfect for families with the warm Mediterranean Sea and golden sand. The area from the Marina is wide and long so never seems to be overcrowded.
