Villa Cabana is a characterful villa for 10 people in Tróia.
The living area is spacious and welcoming with a slight Moroccan feel with terracotta tiles, dark wood furniture and cheeful artwork. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the bedrooms are light and airy.
The well established garden is full of foliage with a lawned area, ideal for children to play, and outside dining furniture.
Located in the inner part of the Tróia peninsula, in one of the most preserved natural environments in Portugal, this home has access to a beach absent of waves due to the natural protection of its location. Also, within about 5km are plenty of activities and amenities including a golf course, tennis courts, spa, playground, supermarket, bars and restaurants.
It is often possible to buy fresh fish from the fishermen on the beach near the house. This area is tranquil and beautiful and you may even spot dolphins playing in the surf nearby!
Situated to the south of Lisbon, Azeitão is a pretty and unspoilt village with a tradition of making amazing cheese with sheep's milk. Located in a forest of pine and cork trees near to the national park of Serra da Arrábida, the beaches of Alfarim, Galapos and Portinho are within easy driving distance. Most of the beaches have very good beach bars or restaurants. There are also many vineyards in the area where wine can be purchased directly - we enjoy Planalto (white) and Periquita (red). Quinta do Perú is a golfing resort and enjoys a tranquil setting and one of great natural beauty. The par 72 golf course, designed by Rocky Roquemore is one of the best in Europe and blends into the surrounding countryside.
We love this area and very much enjoy the local food.
We can't think of any!
