This stunning property is designed by the renowned Croatian architect, Ante Vrbanis, and is decorated with style and luxury in mind using unique lighting, glass features, glossy tiles and marble throughout the house. There are simply stunning sea views from many of the rooms and the owner has made sure that every corner of the house has a touch of luxury.
On the ground floor there is an elegant and fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining room and specially designed bar area with exquisite lighting and a selection of wines for guests to try! There are clever glass panels partioning the space from the living room which has an amazing feature fireplace. Furnishings are neutral and calming and there are glass doors that open out onto the pool terrace.
All five bedrooms are air conditioned and each is individually decorated and has a TV. The first floor bedrooms have breathtaking views and access to the pool terrace via an external staircase. The bathrooms have beautiful marble tiles and are comtemporary in design.
Outside, Zen has a large swimming pool (66m2) surrounded by a gorgeous terrace with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and seating to soak up the sunshine. The courtyard of the villa is fenced and full of foliage and greenery. There is a charcoal barbeque and lovely outdoor dining set with an outdoor sink and preparation area under cover making this a practical and delightful place to have alfresco meals.
Catering for breakfast and dinner can be arranged locally as well as babysitting services by request.

The coastal regions of Croatia are comprised of the three old Croatian states of Istria, Kvarner and Dalmatia. Dalmatia, or the Dalmatian Coast as it is more commonly know.
