Stone Residence is situated in a small hamlet close to Groznjan which is a delightful town in inland Istria with cobbled streets, artisan shops and breathtaking views to the Adriatic sea in the distance.  Well known for its creative vibe, you will find original artwork & sculptures in the various galleries and studios scattered about the town and the sounds of jazz and classical music can often be heard throughout the narrow streets, especially in the summer months.

This property is quite unique consisting of five apartments connected to each other, each with its own living room and kitchen and all sharing a swimming pool and outside dining area making this a perfect choice for large groups of families or friends wanting to holiday together.

The house is built in local stone and this also features throughout the interior and is complemented with wood floors and contemporary furniture and decor.

Outside there is a large swimming pool and summer kitchen with a barbecue, outside dining furniture and a separate toilet, creating a perfect space for alfresco meals together while enjoying the sunset.  There is also a wine cellar below the summer kitchen which is particularly charming.

There are few houses that accommodate large groups while providing private space for individual families alongside ample space for socialising together and Stone Residence certainly covers both.
