Jonas is in a fabulous country setting with a superb mountain backdrop, just outside Pollensa Old Town.

The Old Town has numerous, authentic, Spanish restaurants and quaint shops.  Within a short drive, there is a choice of beautiful beaches in both Puerto Pollenca and Cala San Vicente.

This lovely 4 bedroom house is charming inside and out.  The driveway is gated from the lane and leads to a private parking area.  The spacious, open plan living/dining room is traditional in style with stone walls, beamed ceilings and an ornamental wood-burning stove.  The living room has comfortable seating with colourful cushions and paintings creating a welcoming atmosphere.  The dining area has a large table and chairs for 8 people adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen.

Stairs lead up to a gallery landing overlooking the living area, where there is a second mezzanine seating area and a terrace with mountainside views.   The bedrooms are in keeping with the rest of the house with traditional furniture, complemented with cheerful bedspreads and bright paintings on the walls.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by vibrant, green foliage, established and interesting trees, including a centenary carob tree offering refreshing shade, and views of the mountain.  The pretty, cobbled terrace leads to the swimming pool with an adorable bridge feature and there is a covered outside dining and barbecue area, perfect for alfresco meals. 

(Please note that the pool table is no longer there and there is no water in the pond as featured in the photographs which were taken before it was emptied).

There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and, in line with local energy saving initiatives, the units are timed from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

Additional Costs & Information

  • Saturday arrival preferred between July - August
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day (outside of these dates) we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will be applied to your booking automatically.
  • Prices may be subject to a currency surcharge
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.

Mallorca, Spain

Most of the properties we offer in Mallorca are in or around Pollensa, tucked between two hills the town has managed to retain a truly Spanish feel while many of its neighbours have been perhaps adversely affected by tourism. The emphasis here is on relaxation, a vast array of cafes, a market and some fabulous restaurants. The main beach runs along the front of the resort and is perfect for families with the warm Mediterranean Sea and golden sand. The area from the Marina is wide and long so never seems to be overcrowded....
