We are thrilled to be offering this unique, 4 bedroom house in the heart of Pollensa old town.  Nestled in the historical streets and moments from restaurants and shops, the property has been lovingly renovated by the owners using only the finest quality fixtures and fittings and with an eye for design.

The property is split into two levels.  Upon entering the house, there is a step up to a lovely dining area with vibrant paintings and unusual lighting.  There is a cosy living room with exposed wooden beams and comfortable sofas around a large, flat-screen TV.

A few steps lead you on to a fabulous, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and white cupboards alongside rustic, natural stone tiles.  There is a lovely breakfast table here and a further storeroom with additional storage space.  The kitchen also has access to the swimming pool and terraces.

The bedrooms are located on the upper level and they are all air-conditioned, have fitted wardrobes and are decorated with neutral colours creating a feeling of calm.  Furthermore, one of the double bedrooms has direct access to the swimming pool area and upper terrace that has beautiful views of Pollensa and the bay of Puerto Pollensa.

The elegant swimming pool has Roman steps and is surrounded by a stone terrace that is beautifully lit at night.  It is most unusual to find a property so central yet with ample outside space and a pool terrace.  There is also a poolside shower, lots of high-quality sunbeds, an exterior washroom and a fabulous, covered barbecue area equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, sink and fridge/freezer!  This is perfect for those who love alfresco dining as everything has been thought of to make this a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This splendid townhouse is an excellent choice for those wanting to be in the heart of Pollenca with the main square just 200m away, renowned for its Sunday market and an abundance of restaurants and bars.  We recommend that you take a wander through the back streets to explore the array of museums, chapels and boutique shops.

It should be noted that the old streets are not ideal for traffic and parking may be difficult.  The townhouse does have a very small garage, really useful for loading and unloading purposes.   This would be an ideal base for those not wanting to hire a car though and there is a local bus stop nearby that connects guests to Puerto Pollenca and Cala San Vicente, just 7km away.

Please be aware that lively fiestas take place in Pollença between the end of July and 2nd August and the spectacular "Davallament" procession occurs in the centre of the town on Good Friday.

Additional Costs & Information

  • Additional Cot & Highchair £49 per item, per week
  • Saturday arrival between July & August. Flexible at other times.
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day (outside of these dates) we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will applied to your booking automatically.
  • Prices may be subject to a currency surcharge
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
