Forest View is set within an oak wood creating a quiet retreat away from the crowds, yet just a short drive from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.
The house was renovated in 2020 in a simple, yet modern style with fresh whites and greys throughout, complemented by traditional wooden features. The living room is comfortable and unfussy with wooden doors opening out onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen is decorated in the same, neutral style with a seating area.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and the remaining bedrooms are on the first floor - all are air conditioned and reflect the calming, neutral shades used throughout the house.
Outside is delightful with paved or cobbled terraces, an abundance of outdoor furniture including outside dining for 8 people, a chill out area and a very cool, covered terrace with a bar, fireplace and football table. The owners have installed outdoor lighting and various seating areas under the shading of the trees which is rather magical. This really is a lovely house with beautiful surroundings to relax and unwind whilst also being close to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants and reviving nature walks.

Care should be taken with very young children as there are lots of levels, low walls and uneven ground around the property.
Forest View is close to Jonas making this a good choice for larger families or groups that want to be near each other.

Things we love
"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
Things to be aware of
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
