Villa Materada is a lovely 5 bedroom villa set in huge, lush gardens and just 1.5kms from Materada beach.
The house is comfortably furnished with a spacious, open-plan living/dining room and kitchen with patio doors to the garden and pool terrace. An impressive staircase leads up to the first floor and the bedrooms are roomy and elegant.
Outside is a beautiful expanse of vibrant green lawns, plants and palms. There is a pretty, covered terrace with alfresco dining furniture overlooking the garden and a built in barbecue.
This is the ideal spot to experience Istrian life while being close to the beach.

Things to be aware of
"As with much of Croatia, the beaches are beautiful but rarely sandy. Pack your beach shoes! Many of them have pebbles and shingle which is harder underfoot but is also partly responsible for the crystal clear, turquoise, seas that you wont see anywhere else in the world."
