Silver is situated in a small village between Umag and Novigrad and is only 500 metres from the sea. There are no near neighbours making this a particularly private property whilst being close to the beach and amenities making it a wonderful choice for large families wanting their own space and freedom.
The property consists of three apartments that are rented collectively and not independently of one another. Two of the apartments have a living room, fully equipped kitchens, 2 bedrooms, a shared shower room and a terrace. The third apartment has a living room with a sofa bed a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one shower room. There is also another large family bedroom on the ground floor.
Outside, the villa benefits from an expansive garden with a large swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax in the sunshine. There is also a barbecue area with a table for 16 people overlooking the pool. Behind the house, there is also a children's play area.
This is a perfect choice for families wanting to holiday together away from the crowds whilst also being able to visit the beach with ease.

Things to be aware of
"As with much of Croatia, the beaches are beautiful but rarely sandy. Pack your beach shoes! Many of them have pebbles and shingle which is harder underfoot but is also partly responsible for the crystal clear, turquoise, seas that you won’t see anywhere else in the world."
