Villa Cyan is an impressive, beachfront villa with a spectacular ocean view, a private tennis court and is only 70 meters away from a beach. It is also just 3km away from the Troia golf course and 5km from the Troia Marina and its well-known casino. Situated between the Tróia Dunes Botanical Reserve and the Arrábida Reserve, just beside the Sado Estuary Natural reserve and the Atlantic Ocean, there are a number of amenities nearby including a golf course, tennis courts, spa, playground, supermarket, bars, and restaurants. Tróia is a paradise that combines panoramic views and charm. The unique preservation of nature in this area makes this an exclusive holiday destination in Portugal. The villa has lots of natural light and is designed with the spirit of holidays in mind, even down to the orientation to the sun and the ocean.
The garden is completely fenced and connects guests directly to the beach. The beachfront terrace has outside dining furniture and a barbecue for those essential holiday meals in the sunshine. On the beach, near the front of the house, it is possible to buy fresh fish from the local fisherman.

Lisbon Coast

The coastline at Sesimbra is beautiful and dramatic, the town has some fantastic seafood restaurants and local activities include an array of water sports, scuba diving, climbing, cycle trails, horse riding and boat trips. Sintra inspired Lord Byron to write 'Glorious Eden' and it is easy to see why. It is a picturesque town, amidst the pine-covered hills. are now open to the public and well worth a visit. Quinta do Peru is also to the south of Lisbon, close to Azeitão. Located in a forest of pine and cork trees, it is an area of great natural beauty with an excellent golf course. Dolphin watching trips can be arranged and kayaks and sail boats can be hired in nearby Setúbal. The Herade da Aroeira is surrounded by 10kms of some of the best beaches in Portugal; Fonte da Telha has a number of small restaurants and beach bars which specialise in grilled fish - some of them have wonderful terraces - perfect for enjoying a cool glass of wine whilst watching the sun set. After night fall some turn into "discos". About 7kms from the resort there are a wide range of beach bars, all quite different, with something for every taste, from a simple wooden hut to the more sophisticated. The resort has two golf courses, carved from a dense pine forest, with tree lined fairways bordered by water. Aroeira hosted the 1996 and 1997 Portuguese Open, with the Donald Steel course opening in 2000 to rave reviews.
