Contemporary in style, the owner has used natural materials and clever design features to create an opulent retreat.  There are 2 acres of private gardens with numerous, comfy chill out areas, a large swimming pool and a terrific, alfresco kitchen complete with pizza oven, sink and dining table for the ultimate holiday meals in the warm, balmy evenings under the stars.  There is also a play area for children with sunken trampoline, swings, see-saw and wooden fishing boat play house making this a good choice for families too.

Inside, there is an adundance of natural light in the spacious, open-plan living areas where plush soft furnishings and high ceilings create a lovely ambience with beautiful views over the pool and beyond, across green farmland wrapping around the house in all directions, to the Mediterranean twinkling on the horizon.

In the main house, six pristine bedrooms offer luxurious accommodation for up to twelve people; each featuring a private terrace and an en-suite that blends sleek contemporary fittings with luxurious natural materials. A further double bedroom is found in the casita which nestles in the grounds and has its own kitchen and shower room.
