Villa Sia is an old farmhouse in Cascais with ocean views and accommodating up to 20 people - this is a great choice for large groups or families. The villa itself is simple in style wih 6 spacious bedrooms, generous, bright living spaces and big windows taking full advantage of the views.
It is set in large grounds with lawned areas, established planting and a private swimming pool which can be heated by request. There is also a tennis court which, although not championship quality, is good fun but may not be suitable for regular players.
Just 10 minutes away is Quinta da Marinha/Oitavos golf resort and the nearest beach is only a 5 minute drive where there are restaurants and bars. The beautiful Guincho beach, with its surrounding park, is also close by and, along the coast, the choice of other beaches is endless, some famous for water sports activities, and all within a 20 minute drive. Sintra Natural Park is 8km away. Cascais and Sintra (patrimony of UNESCO) offer some of the best beach conditions and water-sports in Portugal. We recommend the coast along Estoril for sheltered beaches and from Cascais/Guincho to Praia das Maçãs for more dramatic beaches and oceans.
Inside the Quinta da Marinha resort there is an 18-hole championship golf course (by Robert Trent Jones) and just beside there is the Oitavos golf course (by Arthur Hills), an 18-hole course included in the top 100 courses in the world. There are 10 tennis courts (two synthetic grass & eight in clay), 3 paddle courts, 3 squash/racquetball courts, sauna, gym, indoor swimming pool, restaurants and the Marinha Equestrian Centre, considered one of the largest and most well-equipped of the Iberian Peninsula. These facilities are charged locally and rates can be obtained directly from the golf resort.

- Pool Heating £210 per week. Minimum charge 1 week

- Tourist Taxes may be applied to the booking. Sintra - €1 per adult (over 12) per night up to a max of 3 nights. Cascais €2 per adult (over 12) per night up to a max of 3 nights. Price will be confirmed upon booking.

- For bookings under a week, rent is calculated as follows: 3 days 65% of weekly rate. 4 days 75% of the weekly rate. 5 days 85% of the weekly rate. 6 days 95% of the weekly rate. By request only.
- Friday arrival preferred in July & August. Flexible at all other times of the year.
- Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
- Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
