Villa Joy is located in the picturesque village Kaštelir, only 10km from Poreč - World Heritage Site. Surrounded by green fields, vineyards and olive groves, this is the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday.
The interior is decorated with style and luxury in mind using unique lighting, glass features, glossy tiles and marble throughout the house. There are stunning views from many of the rooms and the owner has made sure that every corner of the house has a touch of luxury.
All five bedrooms are air conditioned and each is individually decorated and has a TV. The first floor bedrooms have breathtaking views and the bathrooms have beautiful marble tiles and are comtemporary in design.
Outside, Joy has a large swimming pool surrounded by a gorgeous terrace with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and seating to soak up the sunshine. There is a charcoal barbeque and lovely outdoor dining set, a delightful place to have alfresco meals.

Add to this the Mediterranean climate, balmy enough for olives, figs, vines, oranges and lemons to grow in abundance and it is easy to see why this is such a perfect destination for a holiday. One of the other main attractions is the big heartedness of the Croatian people. They are delighted to see tourists and are keen to share both their history and their culture. The cuisine is superb too – with a heavy Italian influence but taking advantage of the abundance of amazing seafood and fish dishes.
