Additional Costs & Information

  • Pool Heating £273 per week.  Minimum charge 1 week
  • Saturday arrival preferred in July & August. Flexible at all other times of the year.
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Tourist Taxes may be applied to the booking.  Sintra - €2 per person (aged 13+ years) per night up to a max of 3 nights.  Cascais €2 per person (aged 13+ years) per night up to a max of 3 nights.  Price will be confirmed upon booking.
  • Prices will be confirmed at time of booking
  • Prices may be subject to a currency surcharge
  • For bookings under a week, rent is calculated as follows: 3 days 65% of weekly rate. 4 days 75% of the weekly rate. 5 days 85% of the weekly rate. 6 days 95% of the weekly rate. By request only.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature. In general, pool heaters are installed and managed according to the size of the pool and health and safety guidelines but weather conditions, such as colder nights, rain and strong winds can affect the normally achievable temperature.

Things to be aware of
"A visit to the city is a must but we suggest using public transport for day trips rather than taking a car as parking is tricky. There are trams that take you round the city and we can also arrange transfers and tours from your accommodation and back again for the ultimate stress-free day out."
