Although the property has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will applied to your booking automatically.
Prices may be subject to a currency surcharge
Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."

Things to be aware of

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
