Villa Tulio is in a good location, on the outskirts of Pollensa and around a 25-30 minute walk from the main square which is full of restaurants and has a great atmosphere, especially in the evenings when it really comes alive. Surrounded by stunning, abundantly green countryside with the mountains beyond, it is hard to believe that you are only a few minutes drive from the cosmopolitan Puerto Pollenca with its long sandy beach and vibrant night life.Upon entering, there is an open-plan living/dining room with feature fireplace and a comfy seating area. The kitchen is traditional and well equipped and has access to the side of the house where the built-in barbecue is housed. There are three attractive bedrooms with air conditoning sharing two bathrooms.
Outside, the pretty and well maintained gardens have spacious sun terraces with sun loungers, lawns and fruit trees surrounding the mosaic tiled swimming pool with Roman steps. There is also a covered area to enjoy alfresco meals away from the hot sun.

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
Things to be aware of
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
