Additional Costs & Information

• Extra Bed available for children (maximum 1): £336 1 Jan to 30 Apr & 1 Nov to 31 Dec. £560 1 May to 26 May & 1 to 31 Oct. £658 27 May to 30 Sep. Prices are per child per week.
• Security Deposit, €500 per week, is debited locally upon check in by credit card.  The villa owner reserves the right to charge a security deposit for potential damages in the villa. The referred amount will be refunded to the guest 48 hours after checkout or after a joint inspection of the villa (guest and the owner’s representative), by credit card or by bank transfer. In case any damage is found, the cost will be advised by e-mail or phone to the guests, as well as the amount to pay additionally, or the amount to be returned (additional payment or return value by credit card or by bank transfer) 
• Saturday arrival preferred in July & August
• Booking deposit 50% of the villa rental. Balance due 60 days before departure
• Please note: For cancellations 60 days or less before departure the cancellation charge will be 100%
