The property is just a short distance to the coastal resort of Esposende, home to a range of amenities, as well as a beautiful stretch of sandy beach. The small local village is within a few minutes' drive, where there is a bakery, butchers, mini-market, restaurant and bar. There is a horse riding centre about a 10 minute drive away.
