We are delighted to be offering the lovely Villa Layla. Situated 2km south of the hustle and bustle of San Antonio and only 20 minutes from Ibiza town and the airport, it is in an ideal position to both retreat and relax, and reach the night life and beaches with ease.
Set on a plot of 2500 square metres, Layla has mature gardens with vibrant bougainvillea and fruit trees and a large pool terrace, all secured behind a large electric gate.
The pool area is glorious with two oversized cabanas to relax in the shade with a drink and a good book. There is an outdoor bar and alfresco dining space, perfect for enjoying the long Spanish evenings under the stars.
Inside has the classic Ibiza vibe, with exposed beams, whitewashed walls and contemporary furniture. There are six bedrooms and five bathrooms making this a good choice for larger groups. The master suite is exceptional with a huge bath, big enough for two, and an opulent four poster bed with sunset views. There is a bright, modern kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room with comfy sofas and a beach house vibe. There is a set of stairs from the kitchen terrace to the pool which is worth noting for those with little ones.
